Commissioning new operation theatres by microbiological air sampling

Introduction: Ensuring air quality in operation theatres is of paramount importance to prevent surgical site infections. Microbiological commissioning number new our hospital, has been a challenging, yet also rewarding experience staff. Methodology: A total 19 including orthopaedic, neurosurgical, and cardiac associated sterile areas were evaluated.
